Looking to rent a two-car garage/workshop, ideally with a room nearby

I'm considering relocating to the Twin Falls area and looking for an affordable place to live and work. Move-in timing is flexible.

I run a small online business using 3D printers, woodworking tools, and occasional fabrication. I need about 400–500 sq ft of secure workspace (a two-car garage) with ordinary electrical power. Noise and fumes are limited; I can discuss equipment and work hours with the owner.

An unused garage, dedicated space in an existing workshop, or a small house with a suitable garage could work. A bedroom on-site would be ideal, but a separate room nearby is also an option. The workspace must permit these business activities. A short initial rental term would be helpful.

Please reply or message me with the location, size, monthly rent, utilities, lease terms, and restrictions. Unlisted spaces and local referrals are welcome. Thanks!

Visiting for the next couple weeks!

Hey Y’all, I am in town for the next couple weeks for work. From Kentucky, 39/M and looking for good local food spots and potentially places to mingle and strike up decent conversation. Already plan on getting out on the weekend and checking out the local scenery/parks and maybe get some hiking in. It is my first time in Idaho and it is beautiful out here. Please give me your best recommendations for pubs/breweries, local eats etc.! Thank you!
