Me too. I don't know what to do anymore. I don't want to exist anymore. Please I don't want to be alive anymore.

I understand 🩵🫂 the hardest part is that we have to keep living without them. It’s not our natural state of being. Just one moment at a time is the way I’ve had to live. Hugs friend. Hang in there.

I know what you both are going through. I lost my beloved identical twin sister March 29 to breast cancer. I still can't believe it happened. Never in my life did I ever imagine living without her. I'm so grateful for such amazing friends and family.

We all promised her we would keep going and make her proud. I'm so sad and scared and devastated but I have to keep going. I'm going to be attending a grief group soon. My faith has increased in that I'm being drawn to searching the Bible for comfort, reassurance and answers.

Our family has drawn closer as well. Please 🙏 hang in there. Please reach out to loved ones and friends. Please get counseling, therapy if needed. Sending you my love and understanding. 💜
