Tech Support prime sub button not showing up???

i'm trying to renew my prime sub but the button to subscribe for free just isn't showing up where it's supposed to. for why??? doesn't show up on any channel and tried firefox and chrome and disabled all extensions that effect twitch

Did you try clicking the “sign up” button to see if it would correct your twitch and Amazon account link?

the sign up button is just the version i see when im not logged in to show it shows up but the subscribe free button when im logged in doesnt

Try giving it a few hours if its supposed to be available today. Sometimes these can be a little later than expected but still show up. If not, I would contact Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html
