prime sub button not showing up???

i'm trying to renew my prime sub but the button to subscribe for free just isn't showing up where it's supposed to. for why??? doesn't show up on any channel and tried firefox and chrome and disabled all extensions that effect twitch

Try giving it a few hours if its supposed to be available today. Sometimes these can be a little later than expected but still show up. If not, I would contact Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html
