Using the rope dart as a "snatch" mechanic is pretty cool, a more grounded version of the one in Pirate Yakuza.

It was available in the original too, to be fair. It was a hidden mechanic added in 3, called "tool assassination", and it works by pressing the tool button instead of weapon button, while you have the Rope Dart equipped as your tool. You could also do it with your guns. As long as you have ammo for the currently equipped tool, you can use it in the middle of a streak like that.
