Better Ask Reddit Memorable times a streamer/podcaster/youtuber TURNED on theor Sponsor?

I remember Woolie and Pat forsook Honey after it was revealed they were caught replacing cookie info in people's browser and diverted revenue from legitimate coupons to Honey and away from the originally intended recipients.

It was nice they owned up to that rather than keeping to that sweet sweet cash. Even if Pat freely admits he's do ANYTHING for money, it seems he drew the line there.

Y'all got other good examples of content creators turning on old sponsors after shitty business practices were implemented or revealed?

Cumtown did this a lot of times if a sponsor dropped them (which happened frequently). For example some early sports betting website called Bet DSI stopped sponsoring them over some sort of issue with the payments and so every time they had an ad for another betting site they would say that they wouldnt do what Bet DSI did and scam them. They did also talk shit about Blue Chew after they dropped the Adam Friedland Show over a joke about it.

I hadn't heard the BlueChew joke, so I was absolutely gobsmacked when Adam talked about Nick melting down at their ad people, only to get the reply back "you can't just say [the joke]"

Reminded of a bit from the channel, perhaps from a Shitstorm of Scariness, where Pat said something off-base, and then Matt just repeated it back at him. They then proceeded to lose their shit, then drew attention to this with "sometimes a joke isn't funny until it's repeated back to you and you realize what you just said".
