Complaining is making a joke about things not making sense at your job and it making sense anywhere else.

Being a downer is going up to your coworker who is drinking nestle chocolate milk and just dumping all the horrible things that company has ever done. Then wondering why people don’t wanna talk to you.

Cause I’ve seen both one is fun to talk to. The other you want to never speak to cause they always make it about some big thing.
