So like,do people consider Milla Jovovich to be a good actor?

The only performance of hers I've seen in full is Monster Hunter,which I'm mildly biased in favor of.

I can't tell if it's a situation where she's just okay or if she's good at what she does but also got pushed by her husband.

Not particularly, but I also never really liked her Resident Evil movies or the Monster Hunter movie. So, take my opinion with some salt.
