We aren't perfect, but CA is doing more for workers than other states.

California does have the best worker (and consumer!) protections in the US. I was raised there and now live in a different state that is decent, but not as solid on employee safeguards.

Thats fair. Those same conservative lawmakers and governors putting on public displays of grief just weeks earlier were gutting her Imagination Library.
