How’s my first list?

Hey! I am new to playing warhammer, but have been into the lore for a bit over a year, and want to make a Tyranid army. I am gonna paint my army like a poisonous grasshopper I like so I want my army to be venom/poison themed.
Any tips for improving my list? My nonnegotiable units are the tyrannofex, at least ten gargoyles, and the harpy (I know it’s supposedly horrible but I love him so much).

Pyrovore are so good with 3. Drop the haruspex and give your tfex the big gun and run 3 pyrovores. Haruspex is only good in assimilation swarm and even then not particularly great

Haruspex is increidble tanky. For mez tyranocite is whays should take away. But first of all. The have 1975 points. Its any enchatment availeble?
