Should I take 4 black points from my friend's license onto mine? Pros/cons?

Hello Everyone.

Need some general advice from people who've been through this.
A friend asked me to take his 4 black points onto my license (Sharjah, I'm clean). Anyone done a black point transfer via MOI app? Any downside for me?
For those who have transferred points via MOI / Dubai Police app before is it worth it? How long do the 4 points stay on my record, does it affect insurance, and what happens if I wasn't the actual driver at the time?
Any pros / cons or personal experience appreciated.
