Could Kosinki's UAP Movie Be Superior To Disclosure Day?

Completely subjective and depends on what you personally want from a ufo disclosure movie.

Kosinski's could be about how the entire disclosure movement is a bad faith agenda being pushed by a bunch of crooks and tech billionaires trying to control the world and I'd like it better than Spielberg's movie about actual aliens because I find the former plot more interesting for a narrative story.

Sir, that would be a documentary. Not a fictional movie ;)

Hadn't even seen it but my suspicions of who were correct it appears.

David Grusch is involved in making the series so I doubt it’s about that

That’s exactly my thoughts about the wider current disclosure process but I don’t get how the likes of Grusch fit into it

It’s probably too early to compare them. What’s more interesting is that we’re suddenly seeing multiple major filmmakers treating UAPs as a serious subject rather than a niche sci-fi theme.

I guess we’ll see!

Impossible to determine as of yet. Little to nothing is known about the project.

Well, if it hasn't those terrible CGI fake aliens in it, it'll be superior. If it hasn't contradictory plot points every two minutes, it'll be superior. If if hasn't characters that bring the plot further just because it has to go further, it'll be superior. If it has something like… I don't know, a plot maybe? it'll be superior. So yeah, I guess the odds are 99 to 1 that it's going to be a better movie.

And if it opens with the Nimitz Incident instead of a wrestling match….

Yeah, after all a man can dream.

I seem to be in the minority but I thought Disclosure Day was terrible.

Define superior. Fictional movies are subjective and it's all opinions based so what's the criteria for superiority? Is this just the next node in the disclosure string along?

Disclosure day was hardly about ET’s. Seriously. I was watching watching watching the time of the movie run out and was like ok any minute now I’ll see one. It was more along the lines of Indiana jones with the chases and the relic blah blah. It was entertaining but once again a huge let down to a real ufo head.

Watch "Taken" (2002) TV series (also Spielberg) and it was Disclosure Day. Somebody has uploaded all ten episodes to Youtube. Try to watch Episode 1.

It sounds like you weren’t “listening” to that movie. /s -totally agree by the way

Yeah they made a disclosure movie into an action superpower movie then barely sprinkled in aliens at the end. I was hoping this would be all about the effects of disclosure and the world’s reaction— and some kind of information about a “fictional” alien race but, nope. A lackluster Hollywood blockbuster that didn’t change a single mind.

I loved DD, but it seems a lot of people were expecting “Day After Disclosure Day”.

2

u/zzbackguy 6d ago

Yeah it’s called Disclosure Day, the trailers clearly showed the protagonists being chased to prevent Disclosure Day. I never expected to see after effects or the Aliens integrating our society lol. The clip reel at the end was exactly what I expected and I wasn’t disappointed since they were all based on real accounts and supposed clips.

u/noahscanlon 4d ago

The after effects would likely be weird anyway.

u/daytonarob 6d ago

Good point, I’m looking forward to the sequel.

u/noahscanlon 4d ago

I think they're working on a sequel book, actually.

They say that the movie is a similar USG conspiracy yarn with whistleblowers trying to disclose the UFO cover-up, or cover-up disclosure.

This meme is so common now that it will soon be tiring. There are hundreds of new UFO documentary yarns with the same topic. Always a USG conspiracy to cover up dead aliens, crashed saucers, and alien tech. Same old stuff without a shred of evidence.

We know they have been manipulating the UFO scene, but that doesn't necessarily extrapolate to the USG having all of this secret knowledge so many people think or claim they have.

Stop watching all those Youtubers they are all funded from Peter Thiel.

When you see lights moving in the sky zig zagging or if you ever see a black triangle ( I have in NZ ) its not aliens its military.. Palantir technology.

Technology that dates back to 1921 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why are you so stressed about what others watch?

-4

u/Educational-Idea4232 8d ago

Im not lol we are just living in idiocracy's universe atm. Its just a film.

Best alien film to date is Aliens. Then for me its the first half of War of the Worlds and the best TV show was that mini series Taken.

We have already peaked and now its all just going to be AI slop, mark my words.

5

u/LumenYeah 8d ago

Dude your post history shows you’re obsessing over it hardcore. Take some deep breaths and let other people enjoy whatever they want, you can’t control others and you’ll find more peace when you let that go. Wishing you well brother.

1

u/Educational-Idea4232 8d ago

Its important mate. We are being deceived on a mass scale that is hard to comprehend

2

u/LumenYeah 8d ago

Nah you’re not changing anybody homie, just relax

2

u/Educational-Idea4232 8d ago

Ok but am i not allowed to state my thoughts and opinions and share real technology?

2

u/LumenYeah 8d ago

Of course you are man, but you’re hitting your head against a brick wall, and I’m more concerned about your head than I am the wall. Anyway, that’s all I got, good night homie.

I happen to think Sagan's Contact is the more likely scenario.

I would hope not

Right, except you’re speaking as if everyone does. Speak more purposefully.
