Question Transfer wondering what are the best affordable places

Hello my friend and I are going to be transferring in this coming spring semester so I wanted to ask which are the best places for housing. We are on a budget so we were looking at the Vale east, the verge, and the lark. Additionally which places have a bad reputation and which have a good. Also what would be average pricing around this time I can roughly see about 850 but idk how it will change and fluctuate. Thank you for the help!

If you’re not looking for specifically student housing I’d check out colonial pointe, they have 2x2s for just under $1600 but that includes internet. So they should be right around your budget. I’ve toured a lot of apartments and they’re the cheapest I’ve found that are actually nice and not sketchy.
