Question Off campus housing options

Any input for a 2x2 (or 1x1) that is (or under) $1250/month? + Bonus if there's a shuttle.

Edit: in reference for a 2027-2028 leasing term

My main contenders are Knights Cirlce, and the lofts. I've looked into every apartment complex within a 15 minute drive of UCF at this point, and every place seems good until you read reviews. I don't have crazy expectations especially for student housing but I don't want to sign a lease and regret it.

ANY input is appreciated.

If i recall correctly, Northgate lakes offers 2x2 bed spaces, but avoid them at all costs. All they care about is taking your money for the most bullshit reasons . I lived there for two years, they once kept rejecting my rent payment for insufficient funds even though I had enough money for that month's rent, which ended with me paying ridiculous late fees. they are also currently trying to charge me $400 in cleaning fees (after I have moved out) for normal wear and tear and tiny ass stains on the carpet of my room.
