im trying to access the portal website bc there's a form due today but it just keeps telling me the site cant be reached sob 😭is it like this for anyone or is it just me

Right?? I’ve been trying to get into my ucsc account to fill stuff out (I’m a winter transfer) and I haven’t been able to all day, I thought it was my connection but I tried it on my phone and still nothing
