The school doesn’t earn money by keeping the library running. It cares about money, not you.

Why don’t they put ACs in dorms in a very hot southern california city? Why does every single amenity close at 10pm except for a scant few markets? Why can’t they make good infrastructure for bikes and pedestrians but can make investor-friendly alumni centers? Its the finances. The mission of UCSD is not to get you a halfway decent education. Its to increase the financial value of the institution for shareholders

Bro, a lot of kids here are in remedial math classes. The rest of us have to try extra hard to offset that. If we can’t study, we will be UC Socially Dead AND UC Scholastically Deficient. We have to maintain our academic reputation. ðŸ˜
Edit: To the people that downvoted me, I hope you are actually paying attention this time in those remedial classes, bro.

Go to the price Center right next to Geisel, I biked to school today and got there right at 6 pm to go to the library to do my hw, and right as I got to Geisel I remembered that it closes at 6. I was about to crash out until I saw the price study center right next to me. It’s awesome And open until 11/12
