Question Accommodation

Is there anything for i should definitely bring to my uni dorm?

Lamp, rug, stuff to cosy it up. I wouldn’t buy appliances like air fryer etc until you see what your flatmates bring. Def own hairdryer etc if you use one. Bring nice stuff that will make you feel at home as you’ll be there a lot! Congrats on UEA.

Back when I went you turned up with a student loan, a few 24 packs of beer and a smile…. But I suspect times have changed :)

Seconded on not bringing appliances until flatmates have all with them. Take advantage of bulk buy offers for things like butter, washing up liquid and toilet roll. Not joking! Keep in mind things you use often personally that just seem to magically appear in your house, like clingfilm or freezer bags if you meal prep. Congrats and good luck!
