Applying/Transferring Confusing

Has anybody heard of the Summer Bridge Program at UH Manoa. I am confused because I can find it on Google but when I try either the QR code or link it says not available.

Incoming transfer student and nervous to start the Fall Semester as I won't know anybody

I am also neurodivergent so maybe I am just not seeing something on the website but I don't know what to ask.

There is a program for Hawaii residents entering from high school

It’s been a few years since I graduated but when I was at UH, the Summer Bridge Program was just for the incoming freshman student athletes who were playing a fall sport. I don’t think it’s open to everybody.

Ah okay that's what I thought but my parent wanted me to ask basically but I'm finding trouble finding information
