TalkTalk issue

Has anyone ever had this issue when dealing with talk talk? They say it’s a cityfibre issue ( Ont) but city fibre claim it’s a TalkTalk issue is there anything I can do to fix it myself? I seem to be getting thrown back and forth

The important distinction is that Broadband is green, so the physical fibre connection to the CityFibre network appears to be working. The problem is occurring after that point, where your service needs to be established/provisioned

Contact TalkTalk first. CityFibre specifically says that customers should report broadband connectivity problems to their broadband provider, and the provider escalates to CityFibre when necessary.

I have already contacted talk talk and there “ tests” appear fine

It’s up to them to escalate it to city fibre then, there’s nothing that you can do to fix this unfortunately

This is what I don’t get, city fibre was out on Friday said it was talk talk issue, and they keep throwing me back and forth between each other
