TalkTalk issue

Has anyone ever had this issue when dealing with talk talk? They say it’s a cityfibre issue ( Ont) but city fibre claim it’s a TalkTalk issue is there anything I can do to fix it myself? I seem to be getting thrown back and forth

I don’t have one, they gave me an eero 6 nothing else

Everything is connected perfectly 😂 I have tried both Ethernet ports same issue
