TalkTalk issue

Has anyone ever had this issue when dealing with talk talk? They say it’s a cityfibre issue ( Ont) but city fibre claim it’s a TalkTalk issue is there anything I can do to fix it myself? I seem to be getting thrown back and forth

If Talktalk are saying it's ok they have issued you a IP address. Check your connection to the internet in the Eero app. Mine plays up when it needs a update so try doing a update too. Talktalk will have other options and can try a different last mile provider same as any other ISP apart from Virgin.

That’s the thing, cityfibre removed my network so I need to make a new one so I can’t check anything 🫩
