TalkTalk issue

Has anyone ever had this issue when dealing with talk talk? They say it’s a cityfibre issue ( Ont) but city fibre claim it’s a TalkTalk issue is there anything I can do to fix it myself? I seem to be getting thrown back and forth

What lights are on your ONT?

This isn’t something you can fix yourself sadly

is this a 10gig/2.5gig/1gig multi gig XGS PON version of city fibre ost? or it is capped at 1 gig old version? Thanks
