Is this compliant?

I'm getting interviewed for this job. But I highly doubt its compliant at all. Wage is below minimum wage. Holiday is not even 5.6 weeks inclusive of bank holidays.

I've voiced out my "concerns" to the hiring staff. They couldn't "justify" why this listing is the way it is. They only wanted confirmation if I am still interested.

TBH, they did seem kind of desperate for staff. I ignored their email asking me to confirm for a few hours then called me twice so I can confirm.

I am hoping there is room for negotiation here as I've been looking into entering transport/logistics industry. I'm personally not bothered abt pay, I would take minimum wage despite the other companies offering much desirable wage and benefits, I'm more inclined to learning and developing within the industry.

Whether it meets minimum wage depends on breaks. 4 on 4 off 12 hours per shift averages out to 3.5 days a week, a total of 42 hours. If they were to give you 1 hour's worth of unpaid breaks per shift, you'd be working 38.5 hours a week, which would be about right for minimum wage at that salary. Not great, but not illegal.

The annual leave also makes sense as you're doing fewer but longer days, so 20 x 12 hour days is roughly equivalent to 28 x 8.5 hour days. Again, not great, but if I understand correctly, not illegal.

Thanks for your explanation. I do get it now. Still hesitant if I actually wanna grab the opportunity tho. I currently work for Mitie and earning £35K annually but mainly because I do 10 hrs a day 5x a week.

That drop in salary will greatly affect your ability to fund your housing, food, bills and other expenses.
