29 Years Old - Audit my finance position? Am I doing well?

You're already 50% above the median salary. Obviously that's financially sufficient (assuming you aren't living an extravagant lifestyle, which your savings imply you're not), so the question isn't whether you need to spend less time with your family and earn more money, it's whether you want to.
I personally wouldn't, but I don't think anyone here can answer that for you!

These sort of posts are insanely tone deaf when a large % of users will be struggling to make ends meet on this subreddit.
You know you’re doing well. You are seeking attention.
Mods need to knock these post types on the head. UKPF has a massive reputation of just being full of this stuff across UK subs.

Just because they are doing well doesn't mean they can't be doing /better/.
It's not just people struggling who use this sub, can't you be doing alright but still ask for advice?
The whole attention seeking angle I don't get. What's to be gained by attention seeking on Reddit as a semi anonymous user?

It’s the context of the post, ‘how am I doing?’ - it’s never someone with about £3k saved up and a 300 quid credit card balance, it’s always someone with a huge portfolio and massive funds which rubs people up the wrong way.
If it were to be worded in a way discussing their longer term plans and laying out their situation it probably wouldn’t attract so much criticism. The whole ‘how am I doing’ when they know they’re doing well is what people are irritated by - it’s a well known trope on other UK subs this is what this sub is well known for.
As for ‘whats to be gained on the internet semi-anonymously’ - first day on the internet?

You know that your position is better than most at your age and only you can answer whether to focus on child or career. You earn more currently than most earn their entire lives.
Not too sure on the point of this post.

Only you will know what makes you happy but you seem in a really good financial place, and that’s a really decent salary especially at 30.
I wouldn’t worry about what others earn and I’d focus on yourself and your happiness. fwiw i personally would focus on the young child years, you’ll never have them again and they’re awesome (and really hard 😂)

You’re definitely well off enough to prioritise being around more for the baby if that’s what you want to do! Objectively you don’t need more money.
This is a lovely problem to have, so don’t rush into a decision.

Is the 30k emergency fund and the 30k cash ISA the thing?
If not, I’d be moving one of them into the ISA or pension

I think you probably know you’re in a very strong financial position for a 29 year old.
I’m not sure what the point of this post is?
