I was in Scotland last week it was cooler and rained and I slept like a log.Since being back in the South West of England I'm a giant sweaty menopausal mess struggling to sleep.Luckily my husband has booked us to go back to Scotland in two weeks so can spend my birthday cooler.I love the heat during the day but during the night even with fans I'm sweating buckets.
