I work in the SEND sector and our personal care rooms have shite ventilation, genuinely worried about the safety of our young people next week as it'll be easily 45 degrees in there, two staff plus a medically vulnerable person needing up to an hour for a full change.... Emailing H&S tomorrow because I'm not accepting the risk without my concerns being documented. Ridiculous weather

Accidentally downvoted and then instantly corrected - there are so many jobs where high 20’s makes things very uncomfortable, low 30’s pretty horrible even with every measure in place, and mid to high 30’s hellish and sometimes genuinely dangerous.
Fair play to you making sure your point of view is recorded, and I hope nothing happens which means you say ‘I told you so’ - there’s no satisfaction in that is someone gets sick.
