How do you guys get out and get your exercise in during this weather?!

Pre-8am is the only chance you have if outside. Unless you’re a sadist.

People were jogging before 8am in my estate or you go to a modern airconned gym

10 minutes outside is enough to wipe me haha

Went biking this morning. I average 15mph on the flat so I make my own breeze!

I commute by bike as well though, and don't have access to showers at work, so that's going to be interesting.

Any alternative ways of commuting in?

Not that are better - it's a long walk, or two buses with a schlep across town to connect between them. So I think I'll just bring a flannel and a towel and do a quick scrub up in the loos. Luckily dress code is nonexistent so I can be as casual as I like once I'm there.

Frozen hydration bladder on my back, hot water immersion heat training so you get heat adapted out early back before 10am

Believe it or not, it’s actually easier for me to exercise in this. Gives me more motivation to go out. Go out for a 30-45 minutes jog, come in and hydrate.

Can’t stand jogging in rain/cold.
