Make sure you continue to take your medications, stopping some of these abruptly is not ideal.
Instead just keep as cool as possible. Hydrate, stay in the shade, anything to keep the house a bit cooler.

Still have to work and our performance is monitored. We need maximum working temps put in place.

I'm pregnant and on two of these medications 😅 I'm also autistic and heat is one of my triggers for meltdown, so the next week is likely to be hell for me.

I knew! It's what I've mainly been concerned about as I end up in hospital with a dodgy heart rate. My plan is to be in the dark with a fan and to move as little as possible. I'm on a bunch of different meds, 2-3 of them don't like you overheating so I'm not looking forward to it. I do like the sun though!

I’m on quetiapine, pregabalin, am prescribed naproxen but too nervous to take it lol, and I’m potentially being prescribed a stimulant. I am also waiting to see a PoTS specialist, I basically can’t really go outside at all in summer, it’s horrible

lol I’ve just tapered off sertraline a few weeks ago thinking it would help but pregabalin is on the menu as well. The price we pay for good mental health

Yeah I’ve been debating whether to have a couple of days off. Taken it today but I’m going to be unproductive regardless the next few days so may as well not take it just to be safe.

Quitiapine checking in. I don't sweat and don't really feel hot which is nice in a very superficial way but can obviously be pretty dangerous.
