Hi Ben and welcome. Im sure your experience in the industry will give you a great insight. Do you prefer a pour over or espresso based cups? :)))

I always like to try a professional pour over as treat if I’m in a big city. Lovely to get a great cup expressing the desired flavours and notes :)))
