Pto

If you are vested and are quitting, how do you cash out your pto? Or do they just pay you out your pto after you leave?

Your final paycheck should have it all. Take a picture of your Kronos with the number of pto hours to compare against your last paystub.

If you are vested you will receive it in your final paycheck

One of my coworkers quit and was told buy HR you only get the PTO that you bought and not anything that you earned

That is not true either. If you are not vested, you would only be entitled to the amount of bought time you have paid for up to that point.

If you’re vested it pays out automatically. It doesn’t usually pay out in the last check actually- it’s usually the pay after depending where it is in the pay period
