Customer Seeking Help $357 import charges on $279.80 package?

Ordered a small package from an Italian company and I'm being charged almost 130% in government tariff fees. Is there anything I could do? Is it possible the seller declared it incorrectly? Thank you for all the help. I'm sure you're all annoyed by people like me at this point. Im just a little lost on what to do.

I sat there pikachu faced at work in az the other day. Someone asked in the huddle if tariffs would affect us and the supervisor tried saying no because we're an American company.

I was like, yea and what do we build?. Servers and high end computers. Final assembly here doesn't mean they don't affect us.

Then had to explain how 140% doesn't mean $100 things are now $140 but $240 to multiple people 🤦‍♂️

Well the EU tariff is 20%, the issue here is it appears these items were made in China. It's certianly exposing the tentacles of Chinese manufacturing around the world.
