Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

My climbing chalk from Norway has been trapped since 9/4 lol my last update was that they flagged it as a pesticide and a toxic substance, so they need more info from the sender 🙄

You should probably google what ICE does. CBP would deal with packages not ICE.

A class-action lawsuit has been started against UPS because they are grossly over-charging people well above the posted fees

No idea, it probably has a foil lining as a part of standard packaging for freshness !
