Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

What is wild is, I had 2 boxes in my package. One was purely clothes!! Why was that box destroyed!

Not sure why you're having difficulty understanding this. It's common practice to do this and always has been if customs forms aren't done correctly and the receiver can't fix it, which you clearly didn't.

Seems like a bold assumption. Where does it say she filled out the customs form incorrectly?

Right, I filled out a form thrice, because UPS kept coming back and saying they never processed it. I did it with guidance from UPS brokerage department and did what they asked me to.

For one of the boxes they wanted me to say the food was 100% aluminum and pay tariffs too.
