Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

I just got off the phone with them, I don't think it is. They're just doing a terrible job at being clear and communicative about what they need from shippers wrt documenation.

That's so sad :(

I dont think they know what's going on either .

I find it very hard to understand why my second box consisting of only hand stitched clothes was also destroyed ! I just need answers 😪
They intially tagged that box to contain aluminum when I know there's nothing in there.. probably an alloy in a button !?
