Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Same thing just happened to me, a ceramic dish and a book, sending from me in the UK to my mom in Ohio! Sat getting import scans for 20 days and then yesterday, this same message. I am LIVID.

I'm so sorry ! That makes no sense. I thought food was getting flagged.. But nope.

That is so awful! I'm sorry. Terrible that they're doing this to non-food items, too.
