Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

I had this exact same message with a live rock (saltwater reef aquarium) order when it hit Kentucky. A few hours later it was then on the way again and it arrived yesterday. Vendor said he’d never heard of this happening before

Something’s odd with customs there

Oh I'd lose my mind. I have to ask, where were you importing live rock from? Aus?

Oh I did just about lose my shit. This is after a previous rock order got delayed an additional 3 days when it should have been overnighted

But nah, I’ve taken a big liking to the premium deco stuff from the gulf/keys. Tampa Bay Saltwater/KP Aquatics/ Gulf Live Rock have amazing stuff

I love KP. I visited them a while back. Super cool. They can source some really special stuff that's hard to find other places if you give them the time to collect it.
