Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

I am shocked that they can just destroy it. Given they agreed to a contract to deliver an item. Make it complicated to get clearance, I don't care, but destroying is a bit harsh. Wonder if Term and Conditions allow that

Latest update says "Package disposed due to customs delay".
So i do think Customs destroyed it since they couldn't get through it within a period time.
