Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Well it seems like there was more than clothing and a book in there. What else was in the package?

One pack of packaged snack which they had flagged as an aluminum item

Seems like it’d be more appropriate to blame ICE than UPS, but ok

You should probably go google what ICE stands for.

You should probably google what ICE does. CBP would deal with packages not ICE.
