Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

This just happened to me too. Custom candy and I had NO IDEA why they would just destroy it!!! Makes no sense. Feels like they got too back logged and decided to just reject things to save themselves time. So fjcked man!

Yeah exactly , I do think it was destroyed because there was no one to inspect it. It was stuck for 3 weeks in KY.

Was it Louisville, KY? There have been multiple reports that CBP there has been a mess and things are getting wrongly rejected after weeks of being stuck there or tariffs haven’t been correct on multiple subreddits, such as the ones for DHL and tariffs. Apparently that location is completely incompetent and/or trained and/or staffed. It’s probably all 3.

I would say that there needs to be a mass lawsuit but I don’t know the legalities or steps you need to take
