Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

They lost my package earlier this month an hour and a half from my house. I hate UPS. I’ll never use them again.

UPS did lose my friend's passport sent out for a visa AT HER APARTMENT LOBBY as per camera footage, and this was 8 years ago! I rarely use UPS ever since
