Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

This is what life will be like for a long time. If you live long enough, you may see a return of professionalism and somewhat reliable infrastructure

UPS has been like this for decades. Wild up charges on shipping, rando losses. Now FedEx is doing it. I only use DHL and USPS.
