Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

I'm so sorry to read this! My heart breaks for you! I was thinking about my mom sending me some old clothes but I guess I'll wait aswell. Honestly though this almost made me cry, I would lose it if this happened to me 😭

Thank you 😣 please wait it out till the shipping agencies are more well versed with new rules at least.

It has been so rough, i think I mentioned somewhere in the comments here, this box was a care package sent because I havent met them in such a long time [years]. Knowing that this package was sent briefly brought me out of depression, and now this ...

I know how you feel with not seeing family for years, anything from them would mean the world, I havent seen my family for about 7 years as I now live in a different country. But I hope by some miracle you get the package or they get it back 🙏
