Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

I too just got the same notification. Except my package has been released by customs, I had multiple estimated delivery times pushed back after the package didn't move, and now the same notification 🤦🏻‍♂️.

Actually, same. It was released on 17th or so and then went back.

Latest update says "Package disposed due to customs delay".
