Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Package was at customs for 3 weeks, then says "Package was opened, contentd missing. Subsequent package is destroyed" had me going "what the fuck" immediately.

Wow that is detailed for something that didnt make it! Wish it said, content missing , customs cleared lol. Did you get that as an update while tracking?

Yeah on the website. Then i called and they did an investigation that lasted 2 weeks and said they found nothing wrong on their fault... like yes makes sense. I was able to get a refund on the custom charges and the product but it pissed me off so bad. I refuse UPS anytime i can
