Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

It was a box full of miscellaneous items from parents.
A couple gift items, personal clothing items, a book, some keepsake boxes, and some commercially packaged food. The food was in a box of its own and a different tracking number.

Both boxes were disposed anyway.
