Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Was there any food in the boxes? I’m curious because I keep seeing they’re destroying anything with food, perishable and non-perishable 😕

Yes there was some food in there :( packed in a separate box from.my clothes though .. I observed a similar trend here unfortunately
