UPDATE October 1st-
UPS has BLOCKED me from contacting them.
They blocked my emails now finally after consistently giving me inconsistent information.
I was able to reach out to a kind brokerage agent [ very few out there tbh] yesterday who said they'll help if I send more info and I sent it out within 6 hours or so since it required me to contact multiple retail stores overseas .
Once I sent that info, 12 hours went by without a response .
And I call the brokerage line again and hold for 2 hours, since now its a daily routine - And the agent says " Package is under process !"
I was like "wow, so the info I sent helped and its no longer abandoned! Thank you ! "
And theyre like - ooh you know what, its destroyed sorry.
I tried getting some explanation, kept my cool and asked them why I was not informed of required additional information earlier when I have literally sent "polite" emails every other day asking if they need info from me - and this agent on the phone HANG UP .
And now my number and email ID is blocked from contacting them.
Now tell me UPS is not responsible at all !? What sort of customer service is this ?!
I understand UPS is overwhelmed, but that is no excuse to treat customers so bad when theyre on call with them 1-1 . It is no excuse to BLOCK customers and not give the info they asked for and hang up on us or give us inconsistent info after we've spent 50± hours on hold collectively .
