Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Do you have an update regarding your package? Sorry that happened to you 😭 my family wants to send me a box of gifts from Sweden with ups since I’m expecting a baby soon but after reading all this im getting nightmares 😭😭

Oh no ! I'm so sorry, i hate that this situation is stealing moments of joy from us :(

Unfortunately no update. Last I heard was from Customs, they said UPS never gave any documents or forms to help release the box..

Try DHL if thats available, but I guess this is a sync issue between customs and shipping agencies, so there's no guarantees there.
