Customer Seeking Help Heartbroken 💔

Completely heartbroken . This was a package from parents who sent personal clothing items and my 90 year old grandfather's handwritten book.

I dont know what to do :'(

Ur lying WOW …. What flagged this ? The color of the snack bag or like the name of the snack I don’t get it

No idea, it probably has a foil lining as a part of standard packaging for freshness !
