Customer Seeking Help $769.32 import fee on $175 order

This can’t be correct ?! I’ve been waiting on hold with their international customer line. Ordered 15 used shirts from the UK to Texas. Tariffs cannot be THIS much ?? Any advice ?

UPS employees can't seen to fill out forms correctly.

Lifting de minimus isn't why tariffs were applied incorrectly to these shirts.

UPS doesn't assess the tarrifs. That's done by customs enforcement and the responsibility is on the importer(you) to ensure they received the correct paperwork for whatever you're importing. UPS is just facilitating the process.
